Static Radio is a small independent project run by actual people. There's no ticket system and no phone tree. If something is wrong, or you just want to talk, write to us and a human will read it.

If audio won't start, cuts out, or a station looks stuck, try the usual first round: check your connection, then fully close and reopen the app. Static streams a shared, time-synced schedule, so a brief reopen re-syncs you to where everyone else is. If it keeps happening, email us and tell us your device, your OS version, and roughly when it happened.
Tap the It Stinks! arrow on any episode in the app to flag it. That's the fastest way to get something off-brief, broken, or miscategorised looked at. You can also email us with the station and show name if you'd rather explain.
Want to run a community bulletin on a station? Start at the bulletin board. Questions about a bulletin you already booked, a receipt, or a refund go to the same email above. Include your bulletin number if you have it.
